Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This is written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

Who we are

Cellibrate Health is an education and lifestyle membership operated by Living Prevention LLC. This policy covers cellibratehealth.com and the membership services offered through it.

You can reach us any time at support@cellibratehealth.com.

What we collect

Assessment answers. When you take the free assessment we record your answers along with the name and email you give us, so we can show you your match and send you a copy.

Contact and application details. When you use the contact form or apply for the Cellibrate Wellness Program, we keep what you submit — your name, email, phone if you give one, and the message or application answers.

Membership details. If you enroll, we keep the record of your membership, what you signed up for, and when.

Basic technical information. Like almost every website, our servers record ordinary request information such as the pages you visit, the general region a request comes from, and the browser you use. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

What we do not collect

We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, lab results, or clinical history. Cellibrate Health is not a healthcare provider and does not maintain a medical record about you. Please do not send us clinical documents.

We do not store your bank account or card numbers. Payments are handled by bank transfer through your own bank, or by our payment processor. We see that a payment was made, not your banking credentials.

How we use it

To give you your assessment result and the education you signed up for; to answer your messages; to run and support your membership; to send you the emails you asked for; and to improve the site and the material we teach.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share your information with advertisers.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to run the platform — our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent needed to do that job. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person.

Cookies and analytics

We use the small amount of browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your place. We use privacy-respecting usage measurement to see which pages people read. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Email

If you take the assessment, contact us, or become a member, we email you about that. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and honors it immediately. Messages required to run your membership — a receipt, a change to your account — are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

How long we keep it

Assessment answers and contact messages are kept while they are useful to serving you, and no longer than we need them. Membership and donation records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from email. Write to support@cellibratehealth.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

Cellibrate Health is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information in a way that matters, we will update this page and note the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
